Maintenance Associate- Youville Place

Hours- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

We are seeking an energetic individual looking for a Full-Time maintenance position. The individual will have the abilities to repair faucets, toilets, switches, wall repair and finish painting, along with carpet cleaning and snow removal. This individual will have working knowledge of power tools such as saws, grinders, and drills. Along with the capability to read prints and measure accurately.

The right applicant will have the ability to interact with older adults. And will also be flexible with rotating on call responsibilities.

Our Assisted Living Residence is part of a two-hundred-year legacy of care and service. Our Assisted Living Residence continually evolves their services and programs to meet the changing needs of residents. Private apartment living, fine dining, nutritional support, and assistance with personal care, along with a broad range of programs reflecting the individual interests of residents. We strive on creating a homelike atmosphere for our residents and their families.
